#22 Minor Character Select Polish

Ahoy! This is mostly just a changelog, but I still wanted to post it because it's just before a demo I've got planned with my team at my day job. This is a bit of polish for the new character selection screen.

There may be one more small batch of polish on this screen before switching the top priority back to gameplay. But rest assured, gameplay updates and polish are coming soon!

Changes since 0.15.0

• fix bug where leaving an offline game and making a new one would result in some previous players being unable to join
• Replaced placeholder character portraits with better placeholders, with their actual faces
• Add colored border around each player's selections
• Make player ready indicator more clear and take up less space
• Players and dances are now displayed when a player joins the game (instead of having to change the selection first)
• Character selection cursor speed is now consistent regardless of framerate, also increased speed
• make character and dance selection input much more responsive
• Character select and in-game colors match now
• Cursor input is disabled for remote players

Known Issues In 0.15.2

• When selecting characters and dances online, the dance and ready state of remote players will not update. However, the Press Start indicator will appear when all players have made all their selections.
